BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Standard hire period is arrival time to departure time.This is to avoid having more than one hirer on site at a time.This should allow you 1 hour in the arena with 15 minutes to arrive and 15 minutes to vacate.

  • Standard hire periods assume 1 horse and one vehicle to add a second horse please add £5 to the booking.To upgrade to 2 hours on site please add an additional £7 to the booking.

  • Day hire is chargeable at £60 during times of 9.30 – 3.00, 2 horses are welcome.The Clubhouse and tea/coffee facilities are available, and more than one vehicle can usually be accommodated if advised in advance.Please call 07717108871 to book.

  • Users hire the facility at their own risk and should have insurance cover in respect of this.

  • All riders should wear correctly fitted and quality assured head wear and correct footwear.

  • Horses should have all vaccinations up to date and passports should be available for inspection.The owners reserve the right to not allow access if these are not available.

  • All droppings should be picked up and placed in the wheelbarrow.

  • All litter should be picked up and taken home with you.

  • No hay is to be given in the arena.

  • Well behaved dogs are welcome but should be kept on leads or safely within vehicles at all times.

  • Sessions can be re-arranged at no extra charge so long as 48 hours notice has been given.Please email rebeccahayward1@icloud.com.

  • The owners can not be held liable for any damage to property, however sustained.Please ensure you are careful pulling into the drive as the brick pillars only leave an adequate opening for trailers and small lorries.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to, please use date and time as your reference number.
